Job Overview:

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead all marketing activities for the company in the Canadian market, driving brand growth, commercial performance, and market expansion. You will develop and execute a full-cycle marketing strategy that supports trade, dealer, and consumer objectives while ensuring alignment with overall business goals. You will take ownership of seasonal and ongoing campaigns, including winter, all-weather, and sell-out initiatives, and ensure robust execution across all channels.

You will identify, brief, and manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring high-quality output, cost efficiency, and measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with sales, product,



and supply chain teams to ensure marketing plans are commercially relevant and effectively supported in the market. You will continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer needs to inform agile and practical marketing actions. You will be expected to operate independently, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a lean structure with no internal team. Success in this role will be measured through campaign effectiveness, trade and dealer engagement, brand visibility growth, marketing ROI, and contribution to sell-out performance and business growth.
5+ years of experience in the tire industry in a similar position
Trade marketing experience in the tire
B2C marketing experience is highly desirable
Vendor and/or agency management experience

Benefits, Compensation, & Features:
Base salary:C$85,000-C$95,000
