The Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Compensation: $28–$34 per hour, based on experience

About You:

You're someone who enjoys working with people and understands how much a excellent Dental Administrator contributes to the flow of a practice. You're organized, approachable,



and comfortable balancing the different priorities that come with a busy dental day.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
At least one year of dental administration experience
Experience with appointment scheduling and managing a productive daily schedule
Familiarity with dental practice management software such as ClearDent, Tracker, or a similar system
Confidence communicating with patients in person and over the phone
Knowledge of dental insurance submissions, predeterminations, and pre-authorizations
Accounts receivable experience is considered an asset
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
A positive, professional approach and willingness to contribute to the team
