Research trends in learning and technology
Develop evidence-based implementation plans for modernization
Create evaluation frameworks identifying learning gaps




Coordinate stakeholder engagement for approved initiatives
Champion up-to-date learning practices within the organization

Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in adult learning strategies
Robust analytical skills for interpreting learning data
Proven skills in change management and stakeholder influence
Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
