Position: Closing Weekend Bartender
Availability Required: Friday and Saturday evenings, late-night closing shifts, with additional weekend availability preferred.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
Valid Serving It Safe Certificate (required)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Excellent customer service and guest engagement abilities
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and comfortable handling closing responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout the shift
Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management
Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items
Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
Follow all liquor laws, safety regulations, and responsible service practices
Complete all end-of-night cleaning, stocking, and closing procedures
