Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our agile finance team. Duties
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
Conduct account analysis to monitor financial performance and support budgeting activities
Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with relevant regulations
Prepare detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements,



and cash flow statements
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure all records are complete and accurate

Qualifications
Proven experience with bookkeeping and accounting practices in a qualified setting
Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Familiarity with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis techniques
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Basic understanding of budgeting processes and financial reporting standards

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
