The NNDSB invites applications for the following LTO position commencing September 2, 2026 until January 29, 2027or the early return of the teacher.

Position
Primary/Junior Teacher

Required teaching qualifications
A valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate
A valid Certification of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers
Primary/Junior Qualifications

Position Criteria
Knowledge of Ministry Curriculum and Assessment documents
Demonstrated experience with Apple based software and Mobile devices (iPad/MacBook/iMac)
Evidence of understanding of wide-ranging learners with a focus on at-risk students
Evidence of supporting Literacy and Numeracy from a whole school perspective




Evidence of integration of technology for the documentation and evaluation of student work
Ability to work as part of a school team and to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to utilize EDSBY to support student learning and guardian communication
