Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate commercial trucks to transport freight to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate with dispatch during shift, help other coworkers on site if needed
Perform routine maintenance tasks or report mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle reliability




Assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting as needed to minimize downtime and give mechanics a good understanding of a problem should it arise.
Fill out daily safety paperwork contribute to weekly and monthly safety meetings.
Having a smart phone to down load company used apps.

Qualifications
Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields
Knowledge of commercial repair basics and ability to perform routine vehicle inspections
Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance with transportation regulations
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $36.00-$44.00 per hour
