Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs to improve patients' mobility and quality of life. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, medical terminology, and specialized treatment techniques across various settings, including hospitals and outpatient clinics. The Physiotherapist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and clinical goals
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care




Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and participate in ongoing career development

Requirements
Proven experience in hospital settings, acute care, or pediatrics is highly desirable
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices related to physiotherapy
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse patient populations
Relevant licensure or certification as required by local healthcare authorities
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Solid communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress
