Responsibilities
Greet patients and customers warmly, creating a positive and skilled experience at the pharmacy counter
Accurately process cash, credit, account payments, and handle all financial transactions with precision
Assist pharmacy assistants, technicians and pharmacists by providing basic information and answering routine questions
Maintain organized records of transactions and ensure confidentiality of patient information




Support inventory management by notifying staff of low stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment when needed
Provide excellent patient care by addressing inquiries courteously and guiding patients to appropriate pharmacy services
