We are currently seeking an experienced Production Assembly member to join our team.

This is a permanent full- time position making up 43 hours per week minimum. Production hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday.

Job duties and responsibilities will include:
Assembling large agricultural equipment
Assembling hydraulic/electrical systems
Attention to Detail
Ability to work independently
Use power tools to assemble components
Operate a forklift/loader, Overhead/Jib Cranes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors to maintain quality standards.
Trouble shooting issues
Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
Any other duties as assigned
Ability to follow Health and Safety procedures and guidelines
Wear all applicable PPE (steel toe footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection)

Experience an asset

Qualifications
2- 5 years Agricultural / Construction Equipment Assembly and Repair experience
Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools.
Previous experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.




Familiarity with warehouse environments and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while adhering to safety protocols.
Solid practical experience in hydraulic and electrical circuits
Diesel and / or small engine mechanics experience an asset
Hands on equipment service experience essential
Take pride in the quality and consistency in your work
Proven hands-on troubleshooting skills
