We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Care Coordinator to join our team!

CN Physiotherapy is a fast-growing Ottawa based physiotherapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality patient centered care with friendly and compassionate team members.

Our clinic is in a busy medical building, so we see a lot of traffic from doctors’ offices, labs, and pharmacies. Since we have a valuable relationship with doctors in the building, we’ll often get referrals coming through our doors. As a busy, growing clinic you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us!

Responsibilities
Provide patients with excellent customer service
Take phone calls and schedule appointments
Maintain email, fax, and mail communications
Collect payments and send invoices
Support social media initiatives

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are a necessity
Must be able to work independently




Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Preferred but NOT Required
Prior work in healthcare setting e.g., medical office
Inbound or outbound phone experience
Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
Learning recent software and data entry
Knowledge of general office procedures

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
