Collaborate with fellow accounting specialists to support various hotel accounting functions and ensure compliance with corporate policies. Key Responsibilities:
Process timely billing of group and wedding accounts
Apply payments accurately to accounts receivables




Communicate promptly to resolve guest inquiries
Manage group deposits and follow up on any discrepancies
Assist in a variety of accounting-related tasks as needed

Requirements:
College degree in Business or Accounting
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
Familiarity with hotel operating systems
