Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
Summarize and report on meeting highlights
Schedule and coordinate council and committee meetings
Manage electronic filing of all necessary documents
Assist in preparing correspondence and reports
Requirements:
At least Grade 12 education or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role
In-depth understanding of confidentiality policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
A cleared Criminal Record Check is mandatory
