We are seeking a friendly and skilled Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, managing transactions efficiently, and creating a welcoming shopping setting. The ideal candidate will possess robust communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are a plus.

Duties
Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
Maintain merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently




Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels
Bagging products for customers
Engage in basic math calculations for transactions and sales reporting

Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Friendly demeanor with robust phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and patience
