- Lead and manage all installation operations
- Supervise and manage Installation Technicians
- Manage multiple installation projects each month
- Order and release equipment through the factory and customer service
- Coordinate project schedules with end-user customers
- Meet established goals and growth objectives under the Operations Leader or District Manager
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to administrative personnel
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare and retail end-users, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers
- Maintain communication with the factory regarding backlog and job release/work in progress
- Liaise between factory, sales, and project teams
- Collaborate continually with Sales to determine labor hours and project margins
- Review projections and forecast reports frequently
- Monitor project performance and forecast work in progress
- Ensure labor and margin targets are met

Requirements

- High School Diploma required
- AA, BA, BS preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience directly managing/supervising Field Technicians in the Door Automation/Construction Industry
- Experience planning and completing contracted jobs in the Construction Industry
- Prior experience supervising Administrative personnel for scheduling, ordering, and coordinating installation activities
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including different hours and weekends if necessary
- Prior experience installing electromechanical products desired
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills




- Experience developing relationships with General Contractors and End-Users across Retail, Healthcare, Government, and additional sectors
- Experience working with subcontractors
- Experience dealing with vendors and suppliers for proper ordering and timely product supply
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings
- Experience establishing monthly forecasting and results
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Baan
