IMS Transaction Manager

- Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
- Contract Length: 4 Months

We at Raise are hiring a IMS Transaction Manager for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Responsibilities:

- Robust expertise in IMS Transaction Manager (IMS TM)
- Knowledge of IBM ETO (Extended Terminal Option) / ETO Support
- Knowledge of BMC DELTA VT and existing DELTA-managed environments
- Experience converting Program, Transaction, and Resource definitions from DELTA to IBM MODBLKS
- Knowledge of Assembler to analyze and convert logic from existing IMS exits to ETO exits
- Experience with IMS Operations Manager (OM), Structured Call Interface (SCI), and Resource Manager (RM)
- IMS system migration, installation, and configuration experience
- SMP/E software maintenance and product upgrade experience
- Ability to perform migration planning, testing, cutover,



and post-migration stabilization
