We are currently seeking a Receptionist to support a reputable property management company in Mississauga with their day-to-day operations. This role includes greeting visitors, handling customer inquiries, and general office duties.

The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of administrative and customer-service related responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors professionally?
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls?
- Receive and manage Purolator packages
- Manage and maintain the kitchen/common area?




- Provide general administrative and reception support?
- Assist with day-to-day office tasks using Microsoft 365?

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of reception/administrative experience?
- Strong customer service and communication skills?
- Comfortable answering phones and greeting visitors?
- Professional appearance and demeanor?
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills?
- Reliable and available for the full short-term assignment?
