Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Conduct commercial cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure setting.
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and schedules diligently.
Support special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient daily operations.
Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services within commercial or institutional settings.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment used in facilities maintenance.
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and identify when repairs are necessary.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
