Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our kitchen operations, ensuring that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling dishes.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with cashiering duties and handling POS transactions.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.




Help train current staff members on kitchen procedures and best practices.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred but not required.
Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
