Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, completing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and payments, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
Process reservations, cancellations, modifications, and room assignments.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
Process payments, deposits, refunds, and other financial transactions.
Maintain accurate guest records and front-desk documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room status and guest requests.
Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and security standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk area.
Assist with other front-office duties as required.





Qualifications
Previous hospitality experience required.
Knowledge of Visual Matrix or other hospitality PMS required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and friendly attitude.
Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation/PMS systems.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
