Neurospark Adaptive Learning Centre is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Therapist to join our growing team!
The successful candidate will work closely with children with diverse developmental and behavioural needs, using evidence-based strategies, including Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), to support communication, social skills, independence, and positive behaviour.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or therapeutic settings preferred
Approximately 2 years of relevant experience is an asset
Knowledge of ABA and special education principles is preferred
Solid communication, interpersonal, and data collection skills
Compassionate, patient, reliable,
and passionate about making a difference in children's lives
Responsibilities include: Conducting therapy sessions, implementing individualized programs, collecting data, maintaining session documentation, and collaborating with families and the clinical team.
