Your strategic advice to project teams will promote cultural awareness and enhance economic opportunities for Indigenous individuals. You will play a critical role in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement for smooth project execution. Foster positive relationships with Indigenous leadership and communities
Advise on cultural and legal considerations in projects
Promote training and job prospects for Indigenous people
Ensure Indigenous business participation in procurement
Bachelor's degree in Indigenous Studies or similar
Proven experience with Indigenous communities in resource settings
Ability to travel as necessary to remote sites
Knowledge of Indigenous values and culture Lead with integrity and help Aecon navigate Indigenous relations effectively.
