Conduct personalized advising sessions for students
Track and monitor student progress in programs

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree and two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of enrolment management and retention strategies
Experience working with diverse student backgrounds
Proficient in Microsoft Office and complex databases
Solid interpersonal and public speaking skills
