We specialize in providing comprehensive accounting, tax, assurance, and other services to a diverse client base. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn, is pursuing CPA designation, and excels in customer service. For candidates pursuing their CPA designation, Affinity Accountants LLP is a CPA pre-approved training office, providing the opportunity to gain relevant practical experience while working toward your designation.

Responsibilities
Compilation of year-end financial statements and working papers
Preparation of corporate, personal, and trust tax returns
Corresponding with tax authorities
Assisting with client management
Collaborating with others independently or within a team workplace

Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in accounting public practice would be preferred.
Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with software's such as Caseware, Caseview, TaxPrep, and Profile would be an asset.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero, and Sage would be an asset.
Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Problem solver with solid analytical skills.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize a complex workload. Multiple task is a must need.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
