We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Doorman / Security qualified to safeguard a luxury residential tower in downtown Montreal. This role is vital in creating a welcoming yet protected atmosphere for our valued residents and for maintaining a secure environment for all visitors and staff. You will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in ensuring that our standards and protocols are always followed.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors, residents, or employees with professionalism and warmth while verifying their identities and access permissions.
Monitor entry points and to prevent unauthorized access.
Keep an eye on CCTV cameras to oversee the property’s perimeter and interior spaces continuously.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks.
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
Receive resident parcels and register them in the system.
Be comfortable using our property management software – Building Link.
Qualifications
Prior experience security services, or related fields demonstrating strong situational awareness.
Highly reliable and trustworthy individual.
Basic knowledge of CCTV operation and comfortable with computers.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Bilingual with great communication skills to interact confidently with diverse individuals and emergency responders.
Physical ability to walk and patrol during shifts.
BSP license a plus.
