Duties
Perform qualified massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, and sports massage techniques

Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance ongoing wellness
Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained in accordance with health and safety standards
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions they may have




Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to provide the highest quality care

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy practices
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming setting and foster client trust and loyalty
Clear communication skills to effectively explain treatments, procedures, and health advice to clients of diverse backgrounds
Ability to assess client needs accurately and adapt techniques accordingly for optimal results
Professionalism in maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, and respectful interactions with clients and team members
