Lift Production Bakery is looking for a new team leader! Our from scratch bakery in North Vancouver retails and wholesales baking to local businesses. We are a young, fast-growing company with lots of room for growth opportunities and a fun working workplace!

Bakery Manager Responsibilities include day to day oversight of the business, including:
plan and delegate team tasks for the day for the staff
determine quantity of inventory/production schedule
monitor ingredient level
product orders
oversee quality of baked products to uphold company standard
test and execute current recipes and work with ownership on menus development
ensure all opening and closing duties are completed by staff
uphold the cleaning standards
communicate with restaurant and wholesale clients
assist customers

Candidates must have a passion for baking, leading and training. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure a positive relationship between ownership, management and clients.
