Institute (ALI) is recruiting an instructor with a passion for education to guide adults pursuing careers as teacher aides. Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in Education and significant K-12 experience, ideally working with students with diverse needs. This course will prepare students on the roles of paraprofessionals, classroom management, and ethical considerations in education. Key Responsibilities:
Instruct adults seeking to become teacher aides
Teach on classroom organization and management
Foster communication strategies for diverse learners
Introduce Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Encourage ethical and legal compliance in education
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
K-12 Teaching License or appropriate certification
Over 3 years of relevant teaching experience
Experience with adult education preferred
Familiarity with behavior management techniques
