Pay is based on experience

Duties
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and other building components
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed
Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and protected for colleagues and visitors




Support emergency repairs or troubleshooting during after-hours or urgent situations as needed

Experience
Proven experience in general maintenance or repair roles within commercial or residential settings
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, and building safety standards
Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety procedures diligently
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward identifying issues before they escalate
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities
Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
Certifications such as HVAC license, electrical certification, or plumbing license are a plus but not mandatory
