Requirements:
Must hold a valid Mortgage License in Alberta (AB) and/or Saskatchewan (SK)

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist clients with financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and any additional languages as needed.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to foster positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.




Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance overall service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and professionalism.

Skills
Solid background in financial services is preferred.
Proven customer service experience with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Effective negotiation skills to facilitate client interactions successfully.
Robust mathematical skills for handling financial calculations accurately.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability.
