Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair options clearly, providing detailed information about recommended services and costs
Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that align with customer needs, enhancing their vehicle’s performance and safety
Handle financial transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Maintain detailed records of all service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle histories




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business

Skills
Proven customer service experience with a strong understanding of automotive sales processes is not required, but a strong asset
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and rapport
Ability to explain technical information in an understandable way for customers of all backgrounds
Familiarity with automotive repair procedures, parts, and industry terminology to effectively communicate with technicians and customers is not required, but asset. Training will be provided.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
