High Standard Landscape Maintenance Ltd. is a locally owned and operated landscaping and construction company serving the Edmonton and St. Albert area. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Fence Installation Labourer to join our team.
This position involves working with our fence installation crew on residential and recent development projects throughout Edmonton, St. Albert, and surrounding areas.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the installation of residential fences
Digging and preparing fence post holes
Setting and securing fence posts
Installing fence panels, rails, gates, and other materials
Measuring and preparing materials for installation
Loading, unloading, and moving fencing materials and equipment
Assisting with general site preparation and cleanup
Operating and maintaining basic hand and power tools
Following company safety policies and procedures
Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
or labour experience is considered an asset but is not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable and dependable
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence is considered an asset
Experience operating power tools is considered an asset

Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturdays 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Overtime may be required during busy periods
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
