Duties
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
Secure drywall sheets using appropriate fasteners, ensuring proper alignment and stability
Finish joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve smooth surfaces ready for painting or finishing
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout and material requirements
Perform caulking around seams and edges to ensure airtight and moisture-resistant finishes
Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing or minor repairs as needed in office
Maintain a clean work area by organizing materials,



tools, and debris throughout the project lifecycle

Skills
Proven experience in drywall installation and finishing with a keen eye for detail
Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques to prepare surfaces for final coats
Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into precise on-site work
Carpentry skills including framing, measuring, cutting, and assembly are highly desirable
Skilled in caulking techniques for sealing joints and gaps effectively
Handyman experience that demonstrates versatility across various construction tasks
Familiarity with safety protocols and proper use of tools such as saws, drills, levels, and scaffolding

Pay: $19.88-$30.00 per hour
