Required Qualifications
Previous experience fitting and welding aluminum components using TIG and MIG process
Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints.
Ability to successfully complete a practical welding test.
Provide a satisfactory criminal background check.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Provide your own welding PPE and basic hand tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing production priorities.
Ability to safely lift materials weighing up to 30 kg.
Committed to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in and around vehicle interiors, compartments, and beneath vehicles using hand and pneumatic tools.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain TIG and MIG welding equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance as required.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and perform repairs or rework as required.
Assist with additional fabrication, assembly, and production tasks as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work workplace in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
This is an in office manufacturing position; all fabrication and assembly work is completed in our shop.
