We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Produce Assistant Manager Full time to lead our produce department with enthusiasm and expertise. Responsibilities
Oversee daily produce department operations, ensuring freshness, quality, and proper merchandising standards are maintained
Lead, train, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service and effective store performance
Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize sales




Implement marketing initiatives within the department to promote specials and new products
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while supervising store cleanliness and sanitation practices

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in retail or grocery environments with strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, pricing, sales management, and store management principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting
Knowledge of budgeting, training & development strategies, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping
Multilingual skills are preferred to enhance team communication and customer service excellence
