Unique Exterior Ninjas Ltd specializes in gutter installation, soffits, fascia, roofing, and exterior maintenance. We are expanding and seeking a skilled Exterior Technician to join our team.

This work is mostly on heights. If you are not comfortable working on heights, this position is not a good fit for you.

Responsibilities
Install gutters, downspouts, shingles, soffits, and fascia.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations.
Perform minor siding repairs and general exterior maintenance.
Perform caulking, painting, restoration work, and construction finishing tasks as needed.
Conduct troubleshooting and repairs during installation projects to ensure proper functioning of systems.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures.




Assist in the training of apprentices or new team members when required.

Requirements
Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, construction, or related fields.
Skills in caulking, restoration, construction painting.
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
