We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team in a full-time or part-time capacity. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling,



correspondence, and reporting
Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Experience
Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse guest base
Knowledge of hotel front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and guest service protocols is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
