Job Description

Chine Hotpot is a high-volume dine-in restaurant seeking motivated servers with previous full-service restaurant experience.

We are looking for individuals who already understand dine-in service basics and are ready to grow within a fast-paced, structured, and team-driven environment. This role is ideal for candidates who learn quickly, stay proactive, and are comfortable maintaining solid service flow during busy periods.

Requirements
Previous experience in a full-service dine-in restaurant strongly preferred.
Comfortable managing multiple tables during peak hours
Ability to stay organized and productive in a high-volume environment
Comfortable staying active and moving throughout busy service periods
Robust awareness, initiative, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Responsibilities
Provide attentive and efficient table service




Maintain smooth service flow during busy periods
Support team operations and communicate proactively
Follow structured service standards and restaurant systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$26.00 per hour
