Job Description – Used Car Department (UCD)

Mississauga Hyundai is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Automotive Product Specialist (OMVIC License Required) in our Used Car Department (UCD). We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starting individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet customers, creating a welcoming and skilled atmosphere
Educate customers about our selection of quality used vehicles
Consistently provide exceptional customer service and strive to meet each customer’s unique needs
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers
Promote, present, and complete the sale of a wide variety of pre-owned vehicles
