Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in carpentry and be proficient in building, restoring, and finishing structures according to specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a secure and effective manner.

Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Use power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Skills
Proficient in carpentry with hands-on experience in building and restoring structures.
Strong knowledge of power tools, including saws, drills,



and nail guns.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. (not a must willing to teach the right canidate)
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
