Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure production processes run smoothly, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety regulations.

Work Hours: Day Shift: Mondays to Fridays 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Evening Shift: Mondays to Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM

Responsibilities:
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Monitor production output and implement process improvements
Train, coach and supervise production team
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Foster a culture of safety and ensure guidelines are followed
Promote cleanliness and organization in the facility
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency

Qualifications:
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting with demonstrated application of 5S, corrective actions, and lean manufacturing methodologies
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent multitasking,



decision-making, and critical thinking abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-demand environments
Proficient with computers and technology
Robust commitment to protected work practices
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain a calm, solutions‑focused approach in a rapid‑paced environment.
Effective team player with robust verbal and written communication skills
Experience with material requirements planning (MRP) systems is an asset
Experience with Oracle / ERP systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
