On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support a project aimed at implementing Jira and Confluence. This initiative involves the integration of these tools to enhance project management and collaboration within the organization.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of Jira and Confluence across the organization
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
Ensure accessibility and usability of the tools for all team members
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:




Proven experience in project management, particularly in software implementation
Robust problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
Robust organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the technology sector
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Previous experience in a hybrid work setting
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
Knowledge of other project management tools

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for 6 months.
