Responsibilities
Perform qualified skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and other esthetic services tailored to individual client needs
Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring comfort and natural-looking results
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client concerns, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations
Manage retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling suitable items to enhance their results
Handle front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area
Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport, explain procedures,



and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
Promote additional services and retail products through friendly upselling techniques to maximize client advantages and salon revenue

Qualifications
Valid esthetician license or certification as required by local regulations
Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
Robust retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
Prior experience in customer service within a beauty or wellness workplace is a plus
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and helping clients feel their best
