Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing in accordance with medical guidelines and safety protocols
Manage inventory by stock checking, organizing supplies, and placing orders for medications and pharmacy materials
Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries, explaining medication instructions, and offering support with prescription pick-up procedures
Maintain accurate records of medication transactions, patient information, and inventory logs
Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing prescriptions




Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and medication administration procedures
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to facilitate effective patient care delivery

Qualifications
Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role is preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration processes
Passion for patient care with excellent communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Basic computer skills for managing digital records and pharmacy software
