Pay Rate: 37 CAD/Hr

Due to Ontario regulations, candidates must have the following documents before starting shifts.
Candidates who already have complete compliance documentation will be prioritized for upcoming shifts.

Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) - issued within the last 6 months
2-Step TB Test - issued within the last 6 months
COVID-19 Vaccination Proof
Influenza Vaccination Proof (current season)
RPN Diploma
CNO registration number
CPR and 1st Aid
N95 Mask Fit Test
WHMIS Certificate
Worker Health & Safety Awareness (WHSA) Certificate
Government-issued ID
3 Qualified References

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with LTC standards and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
Document care and maintain accurate clinical records
Support and supervise Personal Support Workers (PSWs)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
Follow infection prevention and control (IPAC) practices
