Job Summary
We are seeking one Part time Wellness Sales Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves health and wellness, thrives in a quick-paced retail environment, and enjoys helping others on their wellness journey. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-driven, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere. This is not just a retail job, you'd be required to learn about the supplements and be able to assist customers with them.

Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Skills




Proven sales experience with a solid ability to sell products effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
Technical sales skills are a plus, particularly for specialized products or services.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills to engage customers and convey information clearly.
