Duties
Set up and operate industrial sewing machines according to production specifications and quality standards
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation
Follow detailed work instructions to assemble or repair textile products with precision
Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring consistency in stitching, alignment, and overall quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes




Document production data accurately and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors

Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred
Proven ability to operate sewing machines efficiently and safely in a fast-paced setting
Solid attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols
