Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:
Design and create various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages
Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their occasions
Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies
Keep the store clean and organized
Process customer orders accurately using a POS system
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering advice on floral care
Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive store operations

Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in a floral shop setting




Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures
Robust organizational skills to manage inventory and orders effectively
Multilingual abilities are a plus for catering to diverse customers
Knowledge of landscape maintenance to care for plants and flowers
Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers effectively
