Cumbrae's a specialized butcher shop and fine food store. You will be part of a team responsible for the daily production and preparation of our packaged prepared food, fresh deli items and quick service counter.
Minimum 5 years experience as a line cook or equivalent
Motivated and organized individual, able to multitask and keep a clean working workplace
Knowledge of food rotation "FIFO" and safe food handling
Basic safe handling knife skills
Ability to take direction
Ability to work in a team or individually
Able to lift up to 25 pounds or more on occasion
Able to follow recipe's and maintain standard and quality.
Perform additional tasks as requested by the Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor and Management
