White-Balmer Shoes is an independently owned shoe store located in downtown Stratford. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team. If you are a reliable, fun, enthusiastic, shoe-loving individual who is looking to work in a retail setting we invite you to apply!

*Applicants must be able to work most Saturdays and occasional Sundays (April-December)

Main Responsibilities
Assist customers with footwear selection and proper fit
Educate customers on our product offerings
Maintain the presentation of sales floor and create visually appealing displays
Stock new inventory and maintain an organized stock room

Key Qualifications
Motivated to create exceptional shopping experiences for customers
Interested in learning about footwear
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate cash register and handle cash




Robust communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Willingness to work weekends (most Saturdays, occasional Sundays)

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
